While this shirt is labeled as Paul Smith (which I'm told is a fancy designer), this is definitely a knock-off. I picked this up in South Korea about 2 years ago. It was the largest size they had, but it definitely fits like an Adult Small/Youth Large. Quite the shirt, to say the least.
